13 Canillas
Eldridge Park, Spencer St, Lebanon, NH 03766, USA
The Canillas Community Garden is a 38-bed organic garden set on CCBA property, with multiple flower beds, a Neighborhood Herb Garden, a crabapple tree and many blueberry bushes.. Pollinators are attracted to the many vegetable, fruit, and herb flowers as well as lupine, bee balm, purple coneflowers, black-eyed susans, garlic chives, butterfly and common milkweed, queen anne's lace, goldenrod, sunflowers, etc. The fact that Canillas is an organic garden means that all the flowering plants in the garden are pesticide free - so those tomatoes, peppers, squash flowers, etc are available to pollinators, and the many sunflowers are a banquet for birds and chipmunks. Canillas Garden was named to honor Frank Canillas, a former CCBA Board Member. Funding from the Robert F. Church CharitableTrust. https://canillasgarden.wordpress.com/
