I list our full property size as our garden, as it is a contiguous zone of Life for many species, from fungi and plants to microorganisms, invertibrates, mammals and birds. Visible from the road is our unmowed roadway edges; varied species populating field edges around our cash and cover crops; some ornamental gardens mixed into the forest around our driveway; and our hedgerows taking shape along the town roadway right-of-way. Many of our other garden spaces and intentional non-mowing or infrequent (every couple years) mowing spaces surround other farm fields and woodland edges, as well as our home site.

Amelanchier, Aronia, Clematis, Cornus, Corylus, Parthenocissus, Rosa, Salix, Sambucus, Spirea, Vaccinum, Viburnum, Vitis.
Actaea, Allium, Aquilegia, Aralia, Arisaema, Asclepias, Aster, Caltha, Caulophyllum, Carex, Chelone, Claytonia, Clintonia, Erythronium, Eupatorium, Hepatica, Juncus, Polygonatum, Prunella, Rudbeckia, Solidago, Tiarella, Trillium, Uvularia.
Various brambles, ferns, and others I'm sure, plus all the non-native, naturalized species frequented by pollinators, especially our wild Malus and Pyrus.
