Jana Hogan has been involved with the Pollinator Pathway since its founding in 2017 and now serves as its Executive Director. A founding member of the organization, she helped launch one of the first Pollinator Pathways through Woodcock Nature Center, where she served as President of the Board of Directors. Jana led the development of the Pollinator Pathway website and interactive map, which now connects hundreds of communities and thousands of pollinator-friendly gardens across North America. Today, she leads the organization's national strategy, partnerships, communications, and educational initiatives, working with community leaders, municipalities, nonprofit organizations, and volunteers to expand pesticide-free native habitat and inspire local action.

Before joining the Pollinator Pathway, Jana spent more than 25 years in executive leadership roles with both public and private companies. She serves on the Ridgefield Conservation Commission, is a member of the Ridgefield Garden Club, volunteers with the Norwalk River Watershed Association and the Ecotype Project.
