The First Baptist Church of White Plains would like to be included on the public pollinator pathway map. The 7 acre property contains two garden plots of 1600 sq ft and 2400 sq ft, respectively, a fruit orchard, bee friendly plantings, and two beehives located near its southern boundary with the White Plains High School. A Reflection Garden with plantings of pollinators will be installed this spring next to the sanctuary on North Street with benches for passersby to stop and rest. I am the gardener for the property and would be happy to conduct "show-and-tell" tours of our various gardens and plantings.
