The Darien Pollinator Pathway is an initiative started by the The Darien Nature Center, The Garden Club of Darien, The Gardener's Center and Florist, Darien Library and the community of Darien as part of the larger undertaking to create a corridor of adjacent properties—private residences and public spaces—that provide safe habitat for birds, bees, butterflies and other insects.

  • Our goal is to make all of Darien pollinator-friendly so that we can connect to the pollinator corridors in neighboring and adjacent towns.

  • Darien parks, schools and land trust properties are already pesticide free and pollinator-friendly.  By taking the pledge to make their properties pollinator-friendly, Darien residents can bridge the gaps between town properties, and make all of Darien pollinator-friendly.

  • We hope that you will join the fun and sign up to take the pledge and to participate. Please send us an email or stop by the Darien Nature Center to sign the pledge.
