Welcome to the Wilmington Pollinator Pathway!

The Wilmington Pollinator Pathway is a growing community effort to create connected habitat for bees, butterflies, birds, and other pollinators by planting native plants and reducing pesticide use. By working together across neighborhoods, schools, parks, businesses, and conservation lands, we can help restore the healthy ecosystems that pollinators need to survive.

A major new initiative is underway at Blacksmith Prairie, where volunteers and community partners are beginning an exciting habitat restoration project. This effort will enhance native plant diversity, improve pollinator habitat, and create opportunities for education, stewardship, and community engagement.
