It's a woodland lot, with a stream bordering watershed lands. We have been propagating a 2500 sq ft native field/meadow. We have a pollinator friendly lawn and pollinator / nativeplant border gardens. The majority of the property is not developed and preserved for native plants and ecosystems to flouris.
