We have 2 acres. 1 acre grows wild with blackberries, crab apple trees, apple trees, milkweed, goldenrod, etc. The other acre is mowed through June, then 1 /2 of it is allowed to grow into a wildflower meadow.

We also have Maple, Pine, Oak and Ash trees on the property.

We do not use pesticides or herbicides; All animals and insects are welcome in our yard, including deer, rabbits, turkeys, and even moles. We mow our lawn on the highest setting, and all plants that can survive mowing are welcome. We love dandelions!
