I planted a native garden three years ago and have learned so much from it. I no longer fret about aphids because out of nowhere ladybugs appear where ladybugs appear to handle the situation. I've never known much about native bees but have come to love the variety I see every day. Sitting on my front porch watching all the visitors to the little ecosystem I've created is one of my greatest pleasures.
