¾ of our land is wild: Hawthorn, maple, birch, beech, ironwood, oak, cherry, milkweed, goldenrod and more. we have planted echinacea, Jerusalem artichoke, cosmos, lupin. we are now trying to make our lawn smaller, waiting till June to mow and possibly to mow every two weeks.
