We converted all of our front yard from a lawn with invasives to almost fully native (ignore the privet hedge we're still working on that one!). We used the cardboard and mulch method to kill the grass and then used a combination of seeds and plant sales (thanks, wildones!) to fill it in. I'm often out front, so come say hi!

We've got bee balm, asters, golden rod, yarrow, hysop, iron weed, autumn joy, coneflowers, black-eyed susans, blazing star, mist flower, bonset, dogwood, oakleaf hydrangea, beauty berry, black chokeberry, pussytoes, swamp milkweed, common milkweed, blanket flowers, spiderwort, iris, columbine, and more!
