I already included plant information in the detailed garden description
Two areas in my side yard are planted primarily in native plants. I have a pollinator garden (approx 550 sq ft) threaded in and among an area of small trees and shrubs. It originated with a garden kit (from Nasami Farms in Whately, MA) that provided plugs for 3 native grasses and 7 native wildflowers (list available on request). The wildflower meadow (approx 840 sq ft) , planted from seed a couple of years later to replace a lawn area includes a NE pollinator mix and a NE wildflower mix from American Meadows. In its third summer of existance, it seems to be dominated early in the spring by lanceleaf coreopsis, lupine, and later by purple coneflower, native monarda, foxglove beardtongue, black-eyed susan, and native aster, among others. Together, these two areas constitute the entire side yard on one side of my house. I also have native virgin's bower clematis vines on either side of my front porch, and a number of the plants from the meadow and pollinator garden (especially milkweed and red columbine have jumped the sidewalk and established themselves in my tree belt area, which is planted entirely in flowers with a couple of small Japanese maple trees. Finally, I recently replaced a butterfly bush in my back yard with a native sweet pepperbush and added one each of a native rhododendron and azalea plants. Other plants in the yard are likely a mix of native and non-native, but these are the ones I know most about.
