I hated my front yard, so my COVID project was to wall it in, even it out with topsoil, and plant native plants, primarily pollinators. I've added a watering station, and have been composting for years. Bees have always been happy here since I started this project. In the last few years, the number of butterflies has been increasing, and this year I saw my first hummingbirds. A few years ago my father and I built a Little Free Library for the garden which has been popular as well.
