The east facing side is native oak, juniper, pinion trees; with multiple native grass species, sumac and various cacti. The south facing side has more native grasses than trees. There is an intermittent creek along the east and south border. A .67 acre piece faces northwest and southeast. All plants are native on it. I cut the grasses once a year.
