My garden is fillled with plants pollinators love. I've added mahonia with winter blooms for the hummingbirds. I have limited my lawn to only a very small bit in the back. I intentionally leave stems up through the winter to provide habitat for pollinators and leave some cut stems on the ground when I do clean up in the spring.
