Former horse property turned hobby farm (chickens, ducks, turkey, small orchard, greenhouses for native plant propagation, produce, etc.) with pastured meadow that is left untouched. We are also .5 miles from shenipsit lake and reside in protected watershed area.
Lobelia (var.), milkweed (var.), joe pyeweed, asters, honeysuckle, black cherry trees, white oak, mountain mint, various herbs. I can’t take credit for many of the plants as the previous owners hired a landscaper to install native perennial specimens; but as a master gardener, I identified them on the property when we first looked at it and I now have the honor to call it home.
