I don't know very much about plant varieties but my front yard is wall to wall to fleabane at the moment with clover coming in and starting to flower now as well and buttercups, and lots of other things that we are excited to see what they turn into. We just bought the house last fall. In addition, I am clearing small sections of the yard by hand and seeding in a native wildflower mix. I don't know much of what is invasive, except I am aggressively pulling garlic mustard (to especially help protect the native pierid butterflies who are near and dear to my heart).

At least a 1/3 of our property is woods, that I don't believe were ever cut because of the slope.
