Garden is located in the rear of the Irmish Historical Park at the intersections of South Broadway and South 3rd Street, Lindenhurst, NY 11757. The plants were chosen to be representative of plants found in the area in the late 1800's to early 1900's, with emphasis on their medicinal properties.
Highbush Blueberry, Rudbeckia, Black-eyed Susan, Priclkypear Cactus, Phlox, Beardstongue, NY Aster, Alumroot, Yarrow, Anise Hyssop, Blue Violet, Ceriopsis, Chokeberry, Switchgrass, Maryland Golden Aster. More to be added.
