Mashpee National Wildlife
Way too many to count as we've been planting every year since 2013, adding more plants to provide diversity and resilience to the gardens. If something dies, we replace with another native plant.

Native pollinator gardens located at 6 trailhead throughout the Mashpee National WIldlife Refuge spearheaded and maintained by the Friends of Mashpee NWR. Starting in 2013 we created 5 gardens with the help of Cape Cod AmeriCorps and the Mashpee ConCom dept. Native shrubs intermixed with native plants that flower from spring to late fall. Lots of milkweed species, other butterfly host plants can be obeserved. All gardens near parking lot, around info kiosks, and added along the trails.
