River and Roots

The garden is situated between West Main Street and the Peconic River. The 34 bed garden which is maintained by community gardeners is fence enclosed. Outside the garden a native pollinating garden bed is located along the West Main Street border. On the west side along the pathway to the river is a variety of berry bushes and pollinating plants as well as vegetables growing on the fence. A small native pollinating garden bed is located on the south side of the playground next to the garden.
