Washinton Street Improvement Area
SE 30th Ave & SE Washington St, Milwaukie, OR 97222, USA
In March 2024 the City of Milwauikie began custruction on the Washinton Street Improvement Area. Final design called for 3 traffic medians/islandson Washington St near SE 30th and SE 31st Avenues. City engineers and staff approved a request from the Historic Milwaukie NDA to plant the medians with native plants.
On November 9, 2025 a six-pack of volunteers from the NDA planted the medians with native plants.
